Three minute Friday 16 – Everything you know about feedbacks is wrong
We often talk about the importance of giving feedback, but it is not always clear what this means.
A lot of people also think that, if they did not like something, it is still better not to say anything at all, as to not hurt the sensibility of the partner or to avoid appearing pretentious, fearing being judged or simply… because certain things should be “natural” and if they don’t come spontaneously then there is something wrong.
At times, people have trust in a sort of “magic” functioning of relationships whereby things settle down on their own.
In this video through some easy examples we’ll see how to give a good feedback to improve our relationship.
